To help us provide the best possible experience for both reservations and walk-in guests, please review our reservation policies below.
Reservations
- Online reservations are available for parties of up to 6 guests.
- Reservations can be made through our online booking system or by calling us.
- We recommend booking in advance, especially during weekends, holidays, and peak summer months.
Large Groups (7+ Guests)
- We may be able to accommodate larger groups during weekdays at select times, subject to availability.
- Due to the high volume of visitors to Hawrelak Park, we do not accept large group reservations on weekends or statutory holidays.

Walk-In Guests
- As a destination within one of Edmonton's busiest parks, we strive to accommodate as many walk-in guests as possible.
- We reserve only a portion of our indoor dining room for advance bookings — a significant number of indoor tables and all patio tables are left for walk-in guests each day.
- Wait times may vary depending on weather, park events, and seasonal demand.
Patio Seating
- We do not accept reservations for patio tables. All patio seating is first-come, first-served.
- Guests with reservations will be seated indoors unless a patio table happens to be available upon arrival.
- Patio seating is weather dependent and cannot be guaranteed.
- Patio requests may be noted, but we cannot reserve or hold specific patio tables.
- Our patio is pet-friendly — well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome.
Dining Time Limits
- Parties of 2–4 guests: 1.5-hour dining time
- Parties of 5–6 guests: 2-hour dining time
- Parties of 7+ guests (approved weekday bookings): 2-hour dining time unless otherwise arranged
Late Arrivals
- We will hold reserved tables for 15 minutes past the reservation time.
- After 15 minutes, the reservation may be released to guests on our waitlist.
Automatic Gratuity
- An 18% automatic gratuity will be applied to all parties of 6 or more guests.
Special Events & Holidays
- Reservation policies may be adjusted for special events, holidays, and peak-demand periods.
- Certain dates may require special menus, deposits, or modified reservation availability.
